Standard medals and trophies will be printed with the association's name and ranking, but not the winner's name. Applicants are responsible for SF Express delivery charges upon receipt.

Upon completion of the application, it will be mailed to the registered address within 2 months. Applicants are advised that production takes time. If you cannot wait, it is recommended to apply for an electronic certificate.

**When filling in the mailing address, the recipient's name must be the participant's name. If the applicant provides incorrect information, leading to the system being unable to identify the participant and causing mailing delays, the association will not be held responsible. We apologize for any inconvenience.
