Standard medals and trophies will be printed with the association's name and ranking, but not the recipient's name. The applicant is responsible for SF Express delivery charges upon receipt.

After the application is completed, it will be mailed to the registered address within 2 months. Applicants should note that production takes time. If you cannot wait, it is recommended to apply for an e-certificate.

**When filling in the mailing address, the recipient's name must be the winner's name. If the applicant provides incorrect information, causing the system to be unable to identify the winner and resulting in mailing delays, our association will not be responsible. We apologize for any inconvenience.
