Application for Personalized Certificates, Medals, and Trophies

Due to printing costs, labor, transportation, and other factors, our association is unable to quickly mass-produce certificates, medals, or trophies with individual names. We strongly recommend against applying for personalized certificates, medals, or trophies. However, if parents and teachers still wish to have the participant's name printed on the certificate, medal, or trophy, we are happy to provide this special service. Please note that production will take two to three months and an additional $300 handling fee will apply. If you cannot wait, we recommend applying for standard certificates, medals, or trophies. Thank you for your support and understanding; our team will do its best to issue all awards as quickly as possible.

After the application and payment are completed, they will be mailed to the registered address within three months. Applicants should note that production takes time. If you cannot wait, we recommend applying for standard certificates, medals, or trophies.

**When filling in the mailing address, the recipient's name must be the participant's name. If the applicant provides incorrect information, leading to the system's inability to identify the participant and causing mailing delays, our association will not be responsible. We ask for your understanding.
