Application for exclusive certificates, medals, and trophies

Due to printing costs, labor, transportation, and other factors, our association is unable to rapidly produce a large quantity of certificates/medals/trophies with individual names. We strongly advise against applying for exclusive certificates/medals/trophies. However, if parents or teachers still wish for the certificates/medals/trophies to include the participant's name, please be aware that production will take two to three months and will incur an additional $300 handling fee. If you are unable to wait, we recommend applying for standard certificates/medals/trophies. Thank you for your support and understanding. Our team will do its best to issue all awards as soon as possible.

The name of the award recipient will be printed on the exclusive certificate, medal, and trophy.

After the application and payment are completed, the items will be mailed to the registered address within three months. Applicants should note that production takes time. If you cannot wait, we recommend applying for standard certificates/medals/trophies.
