4歳で音楽の世界に足を踏み入れ、1年前に初めてチェロを手にしました。アマチュアピアニストの母とアマチュア声楽家の父のもと、音楽に恵まれた環境で育ちました。

困難をどう乗り越えたか

身体的な制約がある中、小さな手でチェロの正しい音に指を届かせることは容易ではありませんでしたが、揺るぎない精神と音楽への情熱がこれらの困難を乗り越える力となりました。さらに勇敢にも歌唱にも挑戦しました。

東京で印象に残った瞬間

世界中から集まった才能豊かなミュージシャンたちとの交流がもたらした興奮と喜びは、心を幸せで満たしました。耳に響く歓声と拍手は、音楽の旅における重要な瞬間となりました。

次に挑戦したい場所

オーストリアとフランスで行われる音楽コンクール。

5歳でピアノとバイオリンを学び始め、6歳でハープのレッスンを受けるように。新型コロナの影響で7歳まで正式なステージ機会を得られませんでした。

東京で印象に残った瞬間

香港を離れ、初めて海外の音楽コンクールに参加。すべてが新鮮で心躍る体験でした。3位入賞の知らせは家族全員を驚きと喜びで包みました。

感謝の言葉

両親の献身的な指導、生徒一人ひとりを大切にしてくれる「ハープミュージック（豎琴家族）」、そしてハンナ先生の優しさと丁寧な指導に深く感謝しています。

次に挑戦したい場所

機会があればどの国でも香港の代表として挑戦したい。ウィーンも素晴らしい。

5歳でバイオリンを始めました。後藤みどりさんの演奏に心を奪われたことがきっかけでした。

困難をどう乗り越えたか

第2楽章は繊細な響きと力強い響きが交錯し、弓を軽く保ちながら手首を柔軟に動かす必要がありました。日々の練習と先を見越した思考だけが乗り越える唯一の方法でした。

常に支えてくれる母、12歳から指導してくださっているソフィー・ロウェル先生、そして5年間伴奏者として共に活動してくれているグアム大学ピアノ教授ユニス・チョエさんに深く感謝しています。

大会のほかに、富士山を訪れ、温泉を堪能しました。

受賞時の気持ち

正直、信じられませんでした。みんなの演奏がとても素晴らしかったので、賞をもらえたら良いなと思っていました。賞をもらった時は、自分に自信が持てるようになりました。

音楽は普遍言語

世界中のいろいろな地域や国からの出場者がいる国際音楽コンクールに参加することで気づきました。音楽は文化の違いや言葉の壁を越えて人々をつなぐものです。目が見えなくても、空気の振動を通じて音楽を感じることができます。

若い世代へのメッセージ

5歳からバイオリンを始め、多くの困難に直面してきました。他の人と自分を比べないでください。昔の自分と今の自分を比べて、常により良くなることを目指してください。いろいろなコンサートに参加して、パフォーマンスをもっと上達させましょう。

舞台上での感情のコントロールが最も難しい点でした。長い間熱心に練習してきたおかげで、演奏と表現だけに集中することができました。

人々の礼儀正しさと親しみやすさ、街の清潔さと秩序、便利な交通機関。審査員のプロ意識、観客の礼儀正しさ、主催者のプロフェッショナルな運営に特に感銘を受けました。

次に挑戦したい場所

ぜひまた日本に来たいです。日本は魅力的な国です。

5歳からクラシックギターを習い始めました。これまでタイ国内の音楽コンクールにしか参加したことがなく、海外でのコンクールは今回が初めてでした。

東京で印象に残った瞬間

日本は素晴らしい国です。今回初めて日本を訪れましたが、本当に感動しました。コンサートホールの前に立つ日が来るとは夢にも思っていませんでした。

幼少期にフルートを習い始めました。現在は香港 G.T. College School の3年生で、学校のオーケストラにフルート奏者として参加しています。

困難をどう乗り越えたか

遠くの海岸から聞こえる音の感覚を表現するため、呼吸法、強弱、アーティキュレーションといった確かな演奏技術を習得する必要がありました。

オーストリアまたはイタリアで開催される音楽コンクール。

Musical Background

I have sung in concert halls like Carnegie Hall, Walt Disney Concert Hall, the Mozarteum in Salzburg, and the Paris Opera. I have received Grand Prix and first prizes in international competitions in Spain, Malta, Greece, Poland, and Latvia. But for me, music is not about trophies — it is about emotion.

Highlight in Hokkaido

The snow felt like stepping into a winter fairytale. I was deeply touched by the kindness and warmth of everyone I met. Performing in Kitara Concert Hall was unforgettable — the acoustics were clear and rich, allowing me to fully express the music.

Performance Challenge

"Diva Dance" requires strong breath control, precise coloratura, and high notes. During the performance, I stopped thinking about the difficulty and focused on the music and story — turning the challenge into pure enjoyment.

6歳の時にジャズスクールでドラムと出会い、プロドラマー宇野修氏に師事。札幌ジュニアジャズスクールで本格的な音楽活動を始め、9歳でプロサックス奏者・元晴氏からセッションの歓びを学びました。11歳で世界的ジャズピアニスト 小曽根真氏から直接指導を受ける貴重な機会を得て、12歳で日本の親善大使としてノルウェーを訪問しました。

困難をどう乗り越えたか

難解な変拍子で表現方法に苦労しましたが、日々の練習にかなり力を入れて当日を迎えました。

キタラホールでの瞬間

キタラホールで入賞させて頂き、日々の練習の成果を実感することができました。

Musical Background

I study at St. Stephen's College Preparatory School and am currently the Viola Principal in the Junior String Ensemble at the Hong Kong Academy for Performing Arts. I have won numerous awards including the London Young Musician's Musician of the Year 2025, Royale Music Competition Gold Award, UK International Music Competition Absolute First Prize, and many more.

Performance Challenge

The piece was originally written for cello, so techniques and bowing differ from those typical for the viola. My teacher and I continuously discussed and made adjustments until we found the best interpretation.

7歳でピアノを始め、音楽高校・音楽大学に進みました。現在は幼い頃からの日本人の先生と、大学のロシア人の先生に師事しています。

困難をどう乗り越えたか / Challenge

「ダンテを読みて」は技術的にも激しく、音色が単調になりがちな曲。配分や聴き手の感じ方を考えるのが難しかったが、自分で考え、先生に相談して乗り越え、グランプリを獲得することができた。

Hokkaido Highlight

Talking with Hokkaido locals — they were so warm-hearted. Interacting with people from other countries and playing in a different atmosphere was a new and joyful experience. Hokkaido food was also delicious!

Musical Background

I'm 6 years old and started playing piano at 4.5. My favourite thing is performing on stage — I love taking on different musical challenges. I've won at KAWAI and Hamburg Piano Final Competitions. I love all kinds of music — from Mozart to Kpop!

Highlight in Hokkaido

The best part was playing in the snow in Bibai after the competition! The Mayor of Bibai presented me with a certificate of honor. In Hong Kong we don't get snow, so making snowballs was the best prize ever! The masterclass with Ms. Mayumi Iwata was also very special.

When Selected as Finalist

I literally hugged and kissed my parents! It felt like a total adventure to fly to snowy Japan and play music with kids from other countries.

Musical Background

My background is that of an autodidact. At 17, our music teacher wanted us to perform — but I had never learned an instrument. I chose the piano and kept practicing. From then on, I've kept the habit until now.

Performance Challenge

"Luv Letter" is beloved for its beautiful melody, but my greatest challenge was its deceptive simplicity. I focused on "tonal storytelling" — treating each key like a word in a poem. By aligning technique with inner emotions, I turned vulnerability into a distinctive strength.

Hokkaido Trip

It was a metaphysical trip. I booked the wrong hotel, a snowstorm cancelled flights, I forgot to withdraw enough money. Yet every mistake composed a perfect harmony — the wrong hotel was conveniently in the centre, the storm cleared in time, and the limited cash forced me to take the subway, which was actually faster than waiting for taxis.

Musical Background

I didn't begin learning piano until junior high school, but my love for music has been a constant. Singing has always been my true passion — I've been part of a choir for nearly thirty years and have studied classical vocal performance for close to six years. Music is not something I will ever walk away from.

Kitara Hall Experience

Kitara Hall is breathtaking — a space where architecture and acoustics unite in perfect harmony. There is something poetic in the fact that once you're inside, the outside world truly falls away — no internet, no distractions — just pure, undivided connection with the music.

When Selected as Finalist

It was a powerful validation of my dedication to the violin and a motivating push to continue exploring the depths of the classical repertoire.

Kitara Hall Experience

The acoustics are world-class, allowing every note to resonate with perfect clarity. Performing in such an iconic "vineyard" space was a profound dialogue between my music and a world-class stage.

Musical Background

I really love singing and performing on stage. I started learning music when I was young, taking singing lessons and learning piano. Every competition helps me grow and become more confident. I enjoy telling a story through my songs and making people smile.

Performance Challenge

The challenging part was controlling my breathing, especially during the high notes. Sometimes I felt nervous, but I practiced many times and reminded myself to stay calm and enjoy the music.
